Blanco Nino was the nickname given to company founder, Phil, as he travelled around Mexico in search of the perfect tortilla recipe. The authentic methods he discovered date back to Aztec times and are now used to create the Blanco Nino tortilla chips. The corn is steeped overnight and ground into masa dough using volcanic tools in a 3-day process. High quality ingredients are sourced from around the world and combined with the masa to create the authentic Blanco Nino flavour palette.
