Builín Blasta began as an Irish speaking café in Spiddal, Co. Galway. Their mayonnaises, relish, and chutneys were all created in-house. They were so popular that they started to sell them bottled from the café itself, and then over time from supermarkets and shops as well. The success of Builín Blasta has been spearheaded by owner, Heather Connolly, who is passionate about achieving precise, delicious, and sustainable recipes. The company motto is to keep it wholesome and keep it tasty.
