Mella's Fudge makes crumbly, buttery fudge using the cream of West Cork butter. They make every batch of fudge to order from a small kitchen just outside Clonakilty.  The combination of the most amazing butter and a traditional way of making the fudge give it a delicate balance between salty and sweet.
